System ReportsThere are five reports available that allow you to view the current settings at a glance and monitor performance of the Voice Mail system. To view the system reports first click on the Reports button from the Main Screen (Picture 6). The following screen will be displayed. Click on the button of the report you wish to view. VoiceMail Master uses notepad for viewing the reports. This allows easy viewing, printing and even exporting the data to your database or spreadsheet. To view on-line help on each of the reports click the Help button from the Reports screen.
